BIG STORY OF THE FORTNIGHT

Dec 24, 2014

Canada may be the 6th happiest country in the world, embodying the world’s happiest middle-class, but it has a problem.

And no. It’s not the seal hunt.

It’s Christmas.

Ranking the second largest religion in the country, some Muslim radicals are fast dictating what Canadian Christians should and shouldn't do on Christmas. For instance, Christians cannot have a Christmas tree in a school, or cannot say “Merry Christmas” in a greeting.

Or, for the matter, a new Muslim female bus driver is demanding the Christmas tree be taken down in the operator's lounge. Instead, she wants a prayer room, a work leave on Fridays, and the right to wear her face covering (hijab) while at work. She has gone to city hall, demanding her rights. She has been appointed at her job for less than a month.

A teacher in Oshawa is not allowed to say “Merry Christmas” to the children in her class, since it may offend some Muslims at the school where she works. Here, in fact, a Christmas tree was taken down because it offended a Muslim woman whose child attended that school.

When is this going to stop?  When are the Canadian people going to stand up as Canadians and revolt? We've talked to several work colleagues, and are pleased to find so many Hindus upset with this issue. They love celebrating Christmas and their children get gifts from Santa Claus. We all came to this country for a better life. The Christians have accepted the Muslims with their religion and culture. But these radicals are trying to impose their wills upon non-Muslims and hence tipping the Multicultural balance over.

The Mississauga Transit Bus Service, for instance, is continuing to use "Merry Christmas" as an electronic greeting on their buses. But too many other bus services are using the term "Seasons Greetings" or "Happy Holidays", due to the notion that "Merry Christmas" is offensive to non-Christians. As a bus driver, Samar Patel said, "It's the fault of the Christian Canadians who don't stand up to this nonsense."

On the radio, a few days back, there was a program about how the Canadian government is bringing in Muslim refugees from Syria. The government is refusing to accept Christian refugees so that they do not to appear to be showing favoritism. Christian refugees, who have nowhere to go, are being denied entry, while Muslim refugees are brought in.

Jingle Bells, Jihad Bells all the way?

Canada may blow its Multicultural trumpet daily, but the joys of pure Christmas fun gets trampled by minority Muslim radical intrusion everyday

DISCLAIMER: This video is a satire just to make those selfish fundamentalists uncomfortable, not to hurt any religion.

They say celebrating Christmas is 'Haram' for Muslims. Hence, children expecting gifts from Santa Clause is a crime, celebrating winter joy is offensive, and decorating a Christmas tree with stars and moon is definitely a sin, leading you to 'Jahannam' (Hell).

Well, just for inclusion, we've added an extra moon (symbol of Islam) on the Christmas tree on top, in the hope that this man-made religion may overcome the exclusion barrier one day and world will unify under spiritual joy of Christmas!

We have these bleeding hearts in our government and institutions that are so concerned not to offend the radical minority even at the cost of undermining everything that is Canadian. It's time to stand up now before it's too late.

Well, just for your information, a practicing Muslim is not supposed to celebrate Christmas, or any other kuffar (kufr, kafir), i.e., unbeliever religious holidays. According to khilafah.com, "Celebrating the holidays and the occasions of the Kuffar is certainly Haram. You are not permitted to do it. Nor are your rulers allowed to make these (Kufr) holidays as official holidays, since it is an imitation of the Kuffar." Haram means sacrilege and is forbidden in Islam.

According to the Quran, people of Islam are provided with just two holidays, Fitr, and Tashriq (Tashreeq). Fitr or Eid al-Fitr is the Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadan. Tashriq are the days of eating and drinking and remembering Allah. The Islamic calendar is lunar, so the timing of these holidays varies according to the Gregorian calendar.

Many American Muslims are said to be tolerant of Christian holidays and are not offended if they are greeted with "Happy Holidays." It would not be appropriate, however, to wish them Merry Christmas.

So Canada’s Muslim fundamentalists are not just thinking about online beheadings and homegrown terrorism anymore. They are also thinking of ways to spoil other people’s religious and spiritual enjoyment.
