After a hard day’s work, when you get back home, you rush into the washroom to get rid of those tight clothes, the belt, the undergarments and get naked. Maybe you sit at the toilet for a few minutes, or get into the shower. Basically, the thought of getting naked with no layers of clothes relieves your body, mind, and soul.

And guess what? Getting into your birthday suit is also full of health benefits. If being naked is a problem, then get into something minimalistic or put on a loose clothing.

It gives your skin breathing space

Our skin needs air to breathe. Wearing tight clothing all day long can cramp your skin and it loses its freedom to respire.

Since your skin reabsorbs the toxins which come out when you sweat, skin becomes unhealthy. Hence taking off the clothes and dipping yourself into a warm bathtub, helps your skin to respire by eliminating the toxins from your body.

No 'Red' marks

Being free from your clothing will help you prevent those red pressure marks left by your too tight bra, panty elastic band or the belt. Also, shedding your clothes for a while will help improve blood circulation throughout the body.

Healthy brain

According to a study running barefoot helps lower the risk of Alzheimer's in adults. Walking or running barefoot helps in vital stimulation of our brain. The stimulation, which is created in the sole of the foot, encourages our brain to speed up more neuron activities. Besides, it also helps to increase brain flexibility.

Refreshes body

According to a study, walking barefoot on grass early in the morning is healthy since the special properties of the dew are absorbed through the pores of the sole. Walking barefoot or rolling on the grass naked or semi-naked early in the morning on the dew gives your body the required cosmic aromatherapy, and energizes and refreshes the bodily senses.

Relaxes you

Nakedness is a sort of therapeutic massage for depression, low-self confidence and other psychological problems. Lying naked or in very loose clothing helps to improve your flow of blood, detoxifies the system, and provides you freedom and warmth.

Lowers risk of infection

When clothes are soaked in sweat, they can become a breeding ground for bacteria, which can cause various infections. Getting nude reduces risks of being exposed to these harmful fungi and bacteria, maintaining personal hygiene.

Loads you up with vitamin D

Lying under the sun naked early in the morning, when the sun’s rays are gentle, for about 10-15 minutes rejuvenates the cells and boosts the production of vitamin D, which depletes as one ages. We always slather ourselves with sunscreen, fearing the sun will do damage to our skin. However, the sun can cause damage only if you expose to the hard rays of an afternoon sun for a long time. Soak yourself in the early morning rays for about 10-15 minutes. This will also help boost your mood.

Improves fertility

Wearing tight elastic underwear can restrict the blood flow to the genital zone. Tight underwear or low waist jeans directly press onto your penis, which slowly kills nerve receptors in the area and lowers your sperm count.

MORE IN BEING HEALTHY

These three small words ‘healing’, ‘magic’ and ‘herbs’ are synonymous with the witch, who uses them in equal measure for both aspects of her practice.

There’s nothing new about herbal medicine or the use of herbs in magic spells. All have come down to us through the centuries to be used for our benefit.

Stress! Good Stress Vs Bad Stress

Even if it is possible to have a life without stress, we should give it a second thought because good stress pushes, challenges and helps us progress.
